Billing, cancellation, and refund policy
This page gives a plain-language summary of how YieldPivot billing works for the current self-serve subscription model.
Receipts and account emails
Stripe sends checkout receipts and subscription-related emails after purchase.
Cancellation
After purchase, subscription changes are handled through Stripe's post-purchase management flow. If you cancel, access is expected to remain available through the end of the current paid period unless law or the payment platform requires otherwise.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@yieldpivot.app. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Any rights required by law still apply.
Scope of billing
YieldPivot is offered here as a standard self-serve subscription SaaS. This public site does not offer consulting, setup services, or manual invoice billing.
